Enhancing Performance While Preventing Injuries
An individualized program is essential to identify and correct each individual athlete's weaknesses and maximize their athletic potential. Athletes in our program will be educated on the technique and fundamentals to execute agility and sports-specific tasks properly and efficiently, thereby enhancing performance and minimizing the risk of injury. Our goal is to not only develop a better sports specific player but develop a better athlete who can excel on multiple playing surfaces.

Our goal is to not only develop a better sport specific player but develop a better athlete who can excel on multiple playing surfaces.
Individual Evaluation:
A thorough evaluation will be performed, assessing: mobility, stability, strength, agility, power, and speed. The outcomes of the evaluation and testing will guide the development of the individualized program designed to maximize performance and minimize the risk of injuries. Emphasis will be placed on correcting an individuals's deficits/weaknesses in order to improve performance. Functional testing will be conducted pre- and post-program to measure improvements made in sport-specific activities. Testing will include vertical jump, 40-yard dash, broad jump, and pro-agility.

2025 Middle Schoole Sports Performance Enhancement
Our middle school weightlifting program is tailored towards junior high aged athletes looking to safely progress their physical development. With our program goals in mind, our focus is to introduce youth athletes to the basics of Sports Performance through the education of functional movement patterns, and implementation of form focused overload principles. Our goal is to develop the work habits and foundation of principles necessary in our athletes to excel on multiple playing surfaces.
June 17th through July 24th
TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS
Entering Grades: 5th - 8th
Session 1: 10:00am - 11:00am, 7th & 8th Grade Boys
Session 2: 11:00am - 12:00pm, 7th & 8th Grade Girls
Session 3: 12:30pm - 1:30pm, 5th & 6th Grade Boys & Girls
any individual with a scheduling conflict is able to sign up for whatever session time best fits their schedule, regardless of gender
